Nothing more needs to be said: The Words from a former tik toker

If tik tok ever gets banned i want this to be my last video ever posted on here. I had dreams as much as anyone does. Self reflecting has told me sometimes dreams arent worth fighting countless hours over. I also really felt the need to hide this or delete this cause i feel as if i am being pathetic showing and expressing this kind of emotion like this. I know i never was the best content creator and the one viral video being the only hight i will ever feel, the highest viral idealization i will experience.

Even if months or weeks from now this platforms becomes as quiet and as empty as vine. Either way i gave my tik tok experience a chance and i atleast tried.. so if there is anything to learn from being a tik toker it is don’t fake it to make it, enjoy it to make it.

What it’s Important in the media to cover the movie industry

Social Media and Media in general has huge effect in the atmosphere of movie making and movie promotion. I would be lying when i say that media isn’t everywhere, indeed it is. So why is it important media covers the movie world? Why does it matter to people who have never seen a movie in there life? What are the benefits to promoting these movies in news and advertising? Would the movie industry be where it is today without the media?

The simple answer to the last question that i stated in this blog post is that no there is no way, the movie industry could have thrived on or without media helping to promote that new movies were and are being released in theaters and on streaming sites. The Importance of the media on the movie industry is that it informs and appreciates movies. The idea of advertising a movie is like advertising any other product in the world today, you want people to buy the product, love the product, and consume the product. Without movies being advertised within general media you don’t have consumers or anyone consuming the product. Box offices numbers for movies that were heavy advertised less then normally movies have shown to fail more than movies that were advertised, thats not a statement that is a logical fact. The response and proof of that being if you do not have any consumer consuming your product than how would the movie be profitable? it really wouldn’t.

Joe Marchese states in “what if we never needed advertising” that, “But as long as advertising doesn’t properly value people’s attention, and therefore the payoff for that transaction of attention is too low, it will not be people’s intention to give their attention.” The Advertising need to grab your attention and if that sense of attention is too low than there is no sense of value, movies use deceptive marketing or overhyped marketing to make the movie seem good even when half the times it’s never normally, depending on who you ask.

A simple example of this is when I went to see civil war last week the new movie that Kristen Dunst was in recently, She heavily hyped the movie up as a great action movie while it was a complete mess of so many things.

the ministry of ungentlemanly warfare Out In Theaters Now

the ministry of ungentlemanly warfare is another film under Guy Ritchie’s massive action film belt. Having done a lot of action movies with Jason Statham with “The Wrath Of Man” and “The Gentleman”.

The synopsis of the film provided by the films official website states the film as, “Based upon recently declassified files of the British War Department and inspired by true events, THE MINISTRY OF UNGENTLEMANLY WARFARE is an action-comedy that tells the story of the first-ever special forces organization formed during WWII by UK Prime Minister Winston Churchill and a small group of military officials including author Ian Fleming. The top-secret combat unit, composed of a motley crew of rogues and mavericks, goes on a daring mission against the Nazis using entirely unconventional and utterly “ungentlemanly” fighting techniques. Ultimately their audacious approach changed the course of the war and laid the foundation for the British SAS and modern Black Ops warfare.”

Threat Of Movie Piracy And Why it is damaging to the movie industry

Stealing something is never ok and movie piracy is been damaging the movie industry ever since movies were ever even digitalized. According to Forbes, quote a total of 70 million people are legally viewing pirated movies Today. That equates to the loss around 70 million dollars in ticket sales. That is a huge loss in revenue that movie studios need to make. The loss of these ticket sales personally hurt the loss of revenue that these actors and directors really need to survive in the world today. Why do people prefer illegal viewing rather then going to see a theater to see the movie? Is there anyway to stop this? Will this forever be a problem in today’s society?

Simply illegal viewing is way to cut costs on spending money to go see a movie, The harsh reality is that simple movie watching in a theater has simply become impossible to do. Simple cost of seeing a movie is simply way too high and people simply can’t justify spending money on a movie when they can sit at home and watch it for free with no money attached at all. Movie piracy sites have simply grown to powerful online with the idea of people not wanting to spend money on snacks at the movies or on movie tickets.

The Harsh reality is that this sense of movie piracy will never truly go away and in months movie piracy can be come a even bigger problem. Some movies recently decided to switch to the model of online and in person so the sense of both worlds can be seen.

evidence of movie piracy affecting movie industry has been seen with the third expendables movie which according to forbes the third movie lost about 100 million dollars of potential profit evening furthering the movies painfully decline.

The Threat Of Torrent Movie Sites

Movie Piracy has been a threat to movies ever since the internet was ever invented or ever really in the minds in the audience goers. The forefront of this problem comes from torrent sites these sites promise and promote movies that are in theaters to watch from the safety of your home. However while you click on the link you are brought to a site that supposedly has the full movie, and it will automatically play no clicking involved. The site will then bring you to a payment window not only are they taking your information but they are also selling it to another buyer which will then lead you to get more of those sites recommended to you, not only that but you will get about 200 virus on your pc, mac or other device. There really is no escape to this madness.

Bitsight reports, “malware infection rate for torrented applications (43%) and games (39%). If torrents have a high rate of malware infection, you’d expect to see companies that torrent more have more botnets. Bitsight looked at this too. Obviously, the larger a company, the more torrents you would expect to see, so this must be factored into the analysis.”

The majority of these sites use movies that are currently out to help lure into and click on the site so they can infect more computers with malware and to able to sell your data as mentioned above. This is a big reason why movie piracy is still a problem even so many years after the internets invention.

Manhwa’s a koreans form of comic book

Manhwa is a form of entertainment that is basically a korean comic book. These books are in the standard form of 4 to full page panels that read the same way as a Japanese “manga” and a Chinese “manhua”. each form of these comic books are within the same format as each other a comic book with 4 to 2 or even 1 panel long. However while they all use the same style of art they are indeed not the same, manga consist of a more book like feel in which the panels are more so printed on a soft paper like material, while other forms of foreign comic books like manhwa’s and Manhua’s they both use a magazine like paper which each paper feeling more like a newspaper or magazine rather then a newspaper. While these are all of the same pattern or style of reading they are vastly different then the last form of foreign comic book anime media out there. Light Novels are novels that is normally always text and not form of picture is used. Now I am not a fan of light novels while they are “light” they are way more complex with how much more information you arre given they are more hard to consume and make you read a lot more then Manwhas, Manhuas or even manga. This is only text and nothing else normally written on the same materials that manga is written on.

needless to say if you want a form of content fast, do not read light novels…
